4 Month "Grow Our Leaders" Training Program  (Track I and Track II)

These comprehensive programs are designed for emerging and current leaders in your organization. Participants include supervisors, managers, sole contibutors and/or entrepreneurs in a start-up operation. The class is capped at 12 participants. The 4-month programs include monthly full-day workshops with a master facilitator.

In addition, participants will receive 8 one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional coach. The coaching will reinforce the class learning and provide further exploration of the individual’s areas of opportunity and interests.
