Who We Are

Cindy Camarata leads our team and has been in the field of human resources for the past 17 years working in the financial, manufacturing, distribution and computer industries.  Her primary areas of expertise include employee relations and engagement, coaching, organization design and training. 

Cindy received her Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.  Cindy is also a student of Coach University and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Cindy’s passion for coaching and mentoring is the foundation of the company.  The concept was created based upon the real life experiences of Cindy as well as many colleagues regarding the development of new leaders in companies. 

Linda R. Mona, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who has 15 years of experience teaching and training on a variety of psychological domains including interpersonal communication, multicultural competence, inclusion of people with disabilities as a diverse group in the workplace, interdisciplinary medical team dynamics and conflict management.

Linda has worked in multiple settings as a psychologist including hospitals, universities, non-profit organizations and providing consulting to individuals and larger organizations. She obtained her BA in psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles and both her masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at Georgia State University. Dr. Mona has received national recognition for her work by the American Psychological Association, the Veterans Health Administration, and the Department of Defense. Linda works with the GOL Center as a coach and master facilitator.

Jacqueline Nason-Devlin, MPA has been a professional consultant in training and development, coaching, leadership, presentation and communications for over 15 years.  She has developed award winning training programs for her client organizations.  A brief list of Jacqueline's clients include: Southern California Edison, BP, The City of Carson, The City of Redondo Beach, Carson One Stop Center, UCLA, The California Endowment, National Society of Black Engineers, Connections for Children, California State University at Dominguez Hills and Beach Cities One-Stop Center.

Jacqueline holds a bachelors degree from Mount Saint Mary's College and a Masters in Public Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills.  Jacqueline has also served as an adjunct professor at Chapman University and Cal State Dominguez Hills.
